ates are for up to four people (maximum occupancy) and do not include the taxes, the $25 reservation fee and the $25 cleaning fee. Rates may be subject to change, so please confirm at time of reservation.
Minimum booking — There is a two-night minimum all year and a three-night minimum for holidays.
Deposits — We require full payment at the time the reservation is made to hold a cabin. We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express cards. We also accept certified checks and personal checks if received at least 30 days in advance.
Cancellations — We will refund full payment (less the $25 reservation fee) if the reservation is cancelled at least 45 days prior to the arrival date. For later cancellations, the full amount (less the $25 reservation fee) will be refunded ONLY IF we can re-rent the cabin. No-shows will be charged in FULL unless the cabin is re-rented.
Pets — We love pets too, but no pets!
Smoking — No Smoking inside the cabin. Thank you.
